Источник статьи Excel file was created years ago and has been modified several times with new or re-arranged columns. The "Select Table" option was showing old no longer existent columns and fields. These same non-existent fields were also being presented in the "Matching fields" sequence. I solved my problem by cutting my data from my old Excel file and pasting it into a new Excel file and saving it as a new file.
